Wilk Auslander Receives SmartCEO Corporate Culture Award

December 3, 2015

The firm is pleased to have been selected by SmartCEO magazine as a winner of its Corporate Culture Award. SmartCEO awards programs celebrate entrepreneurship and the achievements of businesses throughout the region. The Corporate Culture Awards program honors companies that foster a creative, collaborative workplace culture that has helped them enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage.

"We're excited to be recognized by SmartCEO for our culture at the firm, said Jack Wilk, Managing Partner. "The firm was founded nearly 30 years ago and many of us have been together 10 years, 20 years or even all of that time. Our people are the foundation of our firm and our culture, and this award is recognition of that. I want to congratulate our team on this honor."

Winners for the award were chosen by an independent committee of local business leaders, and are featured in the November/December issue of SmartCEO magazine, and celebrated at an awards event in December.

SmartCEO is read by more than 50,000 growth-oriented CEOs across four geographic markets. Its mission is to educate and inspire the business community through its award-winning magazine, connections at C-level events and access to valuable online resources.

Smart leaders understand that culture is a company's greatest asset, driving performance and growth, and an award-winning culture is actively and intentionally cultivated and developed. That's why SmartCEO is honoring businesses that have successfully championed a positive, productive and performance-driven culture, and have worked with their employees to develop successful cultural practices.
