Joseph Zelmanovitz has been a commercial litigator throughout his professional career. His experience as a litigator in the federal and state courts, both at the appellate and trial court levels, as well as before administrative agencies, includes federal civil RICO litigation, securities law litigation, employment discrimination and civil rights litigation, shareholder and class-action litigation, antitrust, business disputes, judgment enforcement, and general partnership and corporate litigation matters.

Joe has represented brokerage firms in connection with class-action lawsuits involving public offerings, as well as contract and employment disputes. He also has represented corporations and corporate management personnel in connection with shareholder claims, shareholder disputes, investigations conducted by the SEC, FINRA, and the New York Attorney General’s Office, and the defense of insider trading claims.
