Olga Larionova is an international business lawyer and advisor representing companies in the areas of international corporate, securities, and contracts and related intellectual property law with an emphasis on transborder technology transactions between the U.S., Switzerland, and Europe. Olga also assists clients with U.S./Swiss tax issues.

Olga is originally from Russia. She studied law in Russia; in Paris, France; and in Washington, DC, at George Washington University as a Fulbright Scholar and as a Thomas Buergenthal Scholar which is awarded for academic merit. She has practiced law in Samara, Russia; Mexico City, Mexico; and interned with firms in the UK and Bratislava, Slovakia. Olga is admitted to practice law in New York and in Russia and is based in Geneva.

Olga’s experience and practice is with international commercial transactions and contracts such as technology transfer, supply, distribution, non-disclosure, licensing, shareholder, employment, and consulting agreements for clients in a variety of industries including robotics, food, and high tech.
