Stuart Riback to Speak at PLI's "Understanding the Intellectual Property License Conference"
Wilk Auslander Partner Stuart Riback will be a faculty member at the Practicing Law Institute’s (PLI) upcoming program on Understanding the Intellectual Property License Conference, which will be held November 9 – 10 at PLI’s New York Conference Center. He will be speaking in the morning on the second day of the program and his presentation will focus on the interface of bankruptcy law with intellectual property licenses, a topic that he has been closely involved with for some time. The presentation will address how IP licenses are treated under bankruptcy law; consequences when your licensor or licensee file bankruptcy; and various cutting-edge issues that are subject to some real legal uncertainties.
