Rebecca Clareman

Rebecca Clareman’s practice comprises commercial real estate transactions, including the negotiation and execution of significant retail and office leases; counseling private equity fund real estate managers on stabilizing assets through leasing and recapitalizations; advising developers and investors on joint venture and other partnership agreements; and representing buyers and sellers on their commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. She is also well-versed in the legal work related to property management, including the negotiation of property management and brokerage agreements, tenant buyout agreements, and commercial lease termination agreements. 

Rebecca was responsible for negotiating the leases for many of Brooklyn’s prime retail destinations, including Sweetgreen, Alo Yoga, Everlane, Vans, Sephora, Levain Bakery, and Madewell. Additionally, she has represented real estate investment trusts, restaurants, bars, fashion designers, family offices, executive offices, design studios, hotel developers and art galleries in transactions throughout the United States.
