Ruhi Behal

Ruhi Behal’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities litigation and judgment enforcement in state and federal courts throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Ruhi was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she represented clients in global commercial disputes, including commercial litigation and arbitration, entertainment & media litigation, and multidistrict litigation related to products liability in state and federal court. Ruhi is also passionate about pro bono and received the 2021 Pro Bono Publico Award from the Legal Aid Society for her work on an immigration appeal before the Second Circuit.

Ruhi attended Fordham University School of Law, where she was the Cooper-Walsh Colloquium Editor for the Fordham Urban Law Journal. As the Cooper-Walsh Editor, she organized a colloquium focusing on sanctuary cities and immigration, and published a corresponding book of notes and articles. She was also a member of Moot Court and Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy.

Ruhi is fluent in Hindi and intermediate in French.
