Felicitas Lacioppa

Felicitas Lacioppa’s practice focuses on commercial and securities litigation, judgment enforcement matters, and SEC and FINRA regulatory investigations.

Felicitas graduated from Universidad de San Andrés, a top-tier law school in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2019. During her time at Universidad de San Andrés, Felicitas was Chief Editor of the University’s law review.

After graduating, Felicitas worked at leading law firms in Argentina in their Corporate, Banking and Capital Markets practices.

In 2021, Felicitas completed her LL.M in Business, Corporate and Finance Law at Fordham Law School.

Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Felicitas worked at a large international firm’s office in New York, where she participated in debt securities issuances, particularly Rule 144A/Regulation S bond offerings and sovereign debt offerings, as well as liability management transactions.

Felicitas is passionate about sustainability and has spent years advocating for sustainable finance practices. She has written academic articles about Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) in finance and has also participated in transactional work involving ESG and sustainable finance.

In her spare time, Felicitas is an avid reader and enjoys fashion, hiking and travel.
