Michael Van Riper

Michael Van Riper practices in the firm’s commercial litigation group, focusing on cross-border judgment enforcement, securities, and complex commercial litigation, and regulatory matters before FINRA and the SEC. He principally represents clients in the securities and investment banking industries in state and federal courts across New York and New Jersey and in alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Michael was a financial services litigation associate at McGuireWoods LLP.  Michael previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie, the former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  He is also a proud veteran of the United States Army infantry.
